Shipping and Return Policy

At HeyFitae™, we want to give you a 100% happy shopping experience. We adhere to the 3-day return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return on a product in a resalable condition for 3 days from the day we ship your package. Below are the items that are non-refundable:

  • Items which have been worn washed or containing odors
  • Undergarments (including sports bras) due to health and sanitation concerns
  • Items delivered on Cash On Delivery in Countries such as Kenya, Uganda, South Sudan, Ghana, Nigeria, verified non fault at delivery point. (Always verify the right item you ordered before the delivery man leaves).

If 3 days have passed since your order was shipped, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund. If 3 business days have passed since your order was marked delivered, and you have not contacted us, we cannot process a return. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid this issue.

Please contact customer service through e-mail at sales@heyfitae.com with your order number and please explain which item you wish to return and why. Once we received your item, it is inspected and processed. We will contact you by email notifying you that we have received your item. At this point, your item is still subject to approval to a refund based on conditions.

If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a refund in the form will be applied and emailed to you.

EXCHANGE:
Before placing your order, ensure that you order the correct size as per the sizing chart. If you are unsure, contact us we will fulfill any sizing questions. Instead of making an exchange, we ask you simply place a new order for the item(s) you are looking for.
